Thank you for shopping with Loem Thirteen Candles! All of our candles are handmade in small batches in Fort Worth, TX and we want to make sure they arrive safely and beautifully.

Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $55!

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS.

Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours at hello@loemthirteen.com with photos and we will make it right!
