What are your candles made of?
All Loem Thirteen candles are hand-poured using an all natural blend of soy, coconut, and beeswax. We use phthalate-free fragrance oils and natural wood wicks in every candle.
How long will my candle burn?
Burn times vary by size:
- 7oz Western Collection tins: up to 55 hours
- 8oz Mason Jar candles: up to 55–70 hours (varies by scent)
- 14oz Mason Jar candles: up to 75–95 hours (varies by scent)
How do I care for my candle?
For the best burn, trim your wood wick to about ¼ inch before each use. On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar — this prevents tunneling and helps your candle burn evenly for its full life. Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, and always burn on a heat-safe surface away from drafts, children, and pets.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $55 ship free. Orders under $55 are charged real-time carrier rates at checkout.
How long does shipping take?

Can the mason jars be reused?
Absolutely — that's part of why we love them. Once your candle is done, clean out any remaining wax with warm soapy water and reuse the jar however you'd like.
